Hair mesotherapy is a treatment for the scalp. A light nutrient solution is placed with a series of small injections, where the hair is thinning or shedding. It is not face mesotherapy, and it is not polynucleotides. Those are separate treatments. The scalp is mapped first, and the injections stay shallow.
